   It’s the same as the Deluxe Edition but it includes the recent train dlc and building reskins that are described as ‘future contemporary’ as opposed to the games ‘retro art deco’.

   If you were buying the game from scratch I’d recommend it but I wouldn’t bother updating the game if not.

   I just come here to let you all know that this is the latest version of the game and it includes all DLC, I ed and installed the game via torrent and everything works fine, seeding!
