the language is indeed russian to change this in 10sec do this.
Open the steam_emu.ini file in the folder with notepad, save and close “Language=write the language you want” here and save
when i do that it says i dont have premission
says- “amd_agsx64dll was not found”
The Setup.exe GUI shell on my computer stays minimized, and so i cannot press the Install button or whatever is there..
