Patch 1.3 release notes (13/02/2015):

GENERAL
– Fixed trading issue, tokens were reset.
– Fixed corrupted graphics when upgrading the town hall.
– Fixed the option menu that does not open under specific condition.
– The rainbow skybox is set by default when creating a new city.
– Various minor bug fixes.

COMMUNITY
– Updated the Artist Tool Suite in 10.4.0.15 version, it displays correctly the road sgbin files in the viewer.
– Fixed old files that were not removed when updating a Steam Workshop item. The fix is not retroactive, you may need to re-install your previous mod in order to avoid file conflicts.
– Various minor bug fixes.

– Added additional information in the logs for better customer . From now, we’ll be able to be more reactive for fixing crashes.
