@olbap, so an ISO is like a picture of the disk. So you need to mount the disk, “put it into the drive” so to speak. Right click on the ISO and click on Mount. That will be like putting the disk into the drive, and it should start loading the installer.

you need to replace the files in this folder of your install
Dragon Quest III HD 2D Remake\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv151\Win64
with the the ones in the RUNE folder of the iso
the file structure is there so you can just drag the Engine folder in the RUNE folder on the iso into the install folder and select replace files when prompted
