   Just letting you know the save file is not working. It starts fresh every time you close the game and open it again.

     It seems the Golberg crack randomizes the Steam ID.
     Save the game in another slot, tab out (don’t close the game) and rename your old saves (%APPDATA%\Roaming\Godot\app_data\The Roottrees are Dead) accordingly!
     Great game btw.

       Sorry if it’s a stupid question but I don’t understand what you mean? I’ve found the save file and it’s named “2433451022480-slot1.save”.

       Oh okay, got it working. I had to create a save file to check the new generated ID then replace my old save names with the new ID. The Id being the number before the save. For example: “2609335687312-slot1.save”. Thank you!
